Is there a signup fee?
Yes. A one-time $49 setup fee at checkout covers your premium shear kit, leather case, and welcome materials. It is waived when you choose the annual plan. Through October 15, 2026, it is waived on monthly plans as well.
Can I cancel anytime?
You can cancel anytime after your first 3 months. We ask for a short commitment so you can fully experience the program. After cancellation, simply return the shears in our prepaid envelope.
How many swaps do I get?
Both the Single and Bundle include 2 on-demand swaps per year. Additional swaps are $39 each, and we ship the fresh pair before your dull one leaves the shop.
Who pays for shipping?
We cover return shipping on every swap with a prepaid mailer, and we ship your replacement before you send the old pair back, so you never go without your tools.
What's included with my shears?
Every plan includes a premium leather carrying case and accessories. The Bundle adds the matching thinning shear to the cutting shear.
